When you create a WhatsApp bot through our Service, we collect and process:

- Media - Images, audio files, and documents sent to your bot (stored temporarily for processing)

2. How We Use Your Information
Primary Purposes
- Service Provision - To operate and maintain your WhatsApp AI bots
- AI Response Generation - Messages are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses
- Account Management - To authenticate users and manage subscriptions
3. Data Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet our legal obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and related regulations. Different types of data have different retention periods:

Deleting Your Account
When you delete your account, your profile, bots, conversations, orders, muted contacts, and settings are permanently removed from our active systems and purged from backups within the rolling backup window described above.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission and affected users without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in line with NDPA requirements.
4. Third-Party AI Processing
Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses:
